1 bedroom, 1 bath. Sleeps 2. A cozy King retreat with its own living area and kitchenette. Perfect for couples who want a quiet corner.

2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Sleeps 6. King plus two Full beds, a spacious living room, and direct access to the front porch. Great for families.

1 bedroom, 1 bath. Sleeps 4. King and Twin layout with a living area, kitchenette, and easy access to the main dining room and kitchen.

Eden Brae is the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in (and that's the only way we travel anymore, so I've stayed in a lot!). Beautifully decorated apartments, gorgeous grounds, every amenity you could want, and the mattress was so comfy, my husband wanted to bring it home! They thought of everything! We rented the entire house for a wedding. We were the out-of-town side, coming from 6 different states, and it was wonderful to have our own spaces but also be able to easily hang out together. We ate several meals and played a lot of cards around the huge dining room table in Unit 2. The neighborhood is lovely to walk in and there is a coffee shop (OHenry's) and Latin American restaurant (Rojo) in under 10 minute walk away. I don't really have a reason to visit Birmingham again, but if I did, there's nowhere else I would stay.

This was the perfect set up for our group. The individual apartments were stocked and decorated in a way that was welcoming and super convenient. The owners have really thought through how to maximize their hospitality. Appliances, TVs, mattresses, and even the coffee was above expectations. Also, the location is perfect, within 3 minutes of the nearest grocery store and less than 20 minutes from other convenient locations in the city. If you have a group and are looking for a great place to enjoy yourself, this Birmingham house will be great whether you go out or stay in.

Craig, July 2022 What a cool house and property! The sleeping arrangements are perfect for larger groups like ours. We visited with a group of 8 men for a golf trip, so the fact that nobody had to share a room and slept comfortably was great. The setup has separate apartments joined to the main house, which also has the main kitchen and a great dining room. Emma was fantastic and got back to us when there was a hiccup with one of the electronic door locks. She also helped set us up with a local chef to do a private birthday dinner at the house, which was fantastic (thanks Chef John Hall and his team!). Staying at Eden Brae is a no brainer!
